4 GB DDR4 SDRAMs

Alliance Memory AS4C256M16D4A and AS4C512M8D4A 4 GB DDR4 SDRAMs offer low power consumption and fast data transfer rates in 96-ball and 78-ball FBGA packages. These high-speed SDRAMs reduce operating voltages from 1.5 V to 1.2 V (±0.06 V) to increase battery life in portable electronics. The AS4C256M16D4A and AS4C512M8D4A 4 GB high-speed CMOS DDR4 SDRAMs come with easy-to-use refresh functions, including auto- or self-refresh. For improved efficiency and performance in desktop computers and servers, the 256 Mb x 16-bit AS4C256M16D4A and 512 Mb x 8-bit AS4C512M8D4A offer up to 16x memory banks. These SDRAMs are available in extended commercial (0°C to +95°C) and industrial (-40°C to +95°C) temperature ranges. They are ideal for portable electronics, desktop computers, and servers for industrial, medical, IoT, automotive, gaming, and consumer applications.
