CSBA Series Compact High-Current Power Inductors

CODACA CSBA series power inductors are designed with low-loss magnetic core and flat-wire winding, effectively minimizing core losses and DCR, realizing high power conversion efficiency for high-frequency applications (>200 kHz). These fixed inductors deliver excellent soft saturation characteristics, handling high peak currents well. With a magnetic shielded and ultra-compact structure, the CSBA performs well in EMI resistance and has a high power density to satisfy the limited space utilization requirements of next-generation electronic devices. Working stably from -55°C up to +150°C, this series keeps low losses and high efficiency with no thermal aging issues. This series is developed in wide P/N for selection, with dimensions of up to 22.5 mm x 22 mm x 12 mm, inductance value ranges from 0.16 μH to 100 μH, and saturation current up to 70 A.
