99600 Series 2-in-1 Precision Position Sensors

Crouzet’s 99600 series of sensors are referred to as two-in-one position sensors as they detect one or two positions within a single and compact electromechanical component. Contact distance between the NC and NO can be selected between: 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm, and 1.5 mm. No further calibration of the contact positions is required by the user. Customized contact distances can also be implemented between 0.3 mm and 1.5 mm.

Its brass housing, with an IP67 rating, allows the position sensor to reach up to 10 million life cycles even in harsh environments. It is rated for operation from -20°C to +105°C and is limited by PVC cable, but with different cable material the range can be -40°C to +130°C. (even -55°C to +130°C with a special wire). This sensor range is fully customizable and can be quickly adapted to specific needs. It offers a large number of options, including pin, ball, or telescopic actuators in an M8 cylindrical housing. NO, NC, or NO+NC contact configurations are also available. The 99600 sensors can be modified to perform in almost any type of environment or application.
