The latest output waveform priority mode can make the voltage or current rising waveform at high speed and no overshoot, widely used in power modules and other high-precision test occasions. The IT6100B has a built-in standard USB/RS232/communication interface. The panel supports list programming, which can provide multi-purpose solutions according to the user's design and testing needs and is easy to use.
