Square IPS TFTs

Maximize the use of limited space with Newhaven Display International square IPS TFTs. This display line consists of 1.5” and 4.0” sizes, various interface options including MIPI DSI, and exceeds standard TFT performance through its IPS technology. With vivid, accurate color reproduction, ultra-wide viewing angles, and a high-brightness backlight, the square IPS TFTs are the ideal display solution for applications demanding high performance in a compact design.

The 1.5” square IPS TFT models feature a 240 × 240 pixel resolution, 226.27 PPI, backlight brightness of 1,200 nits, and an optional 4-wire resistive touchscreen. It also supports both SPI and parallel interfaces for flexible integration.

The 4.0” square IPS TFT models feature a 480 × 480 pixel resolution, 169.71 PPI, backlight brightness of 1,000 nits, and an optional 4-wire resistive or capacitive multi-touch screens. These displays are available with either 24-bit parallel RGB or 2-lane MIPI DSI interfaces for stable high-speed graphics performance.
