PM20025G-08 Series Motor Control IC

The PANJIT PM20025G-08 series is a compact, high-performance pre-driver MCU solution built on the Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, operating at up to 48 MHz with 32 KB Flash, and 4 KB SRAM. It features an integrated three-phase gate driver supporting up to 36 V, a 16-bit advanced timer, dual 12-bit ADC channels, three operational amplifiers, and four comparators. The series offers two UARTs, an SPI, and an I²C communication interface, and it incorporates key protection features including overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), and short-circuit protection (SCP). Optimized for compact, high-efficiency motor control, the PM20025G-08 series is well-suited for power tools, fans, pumps, and other small motor-driven applications.
