The open-pin-field design allows for grounding and routing flexibility. They are available in low-profile 7 mm and 10 mm stack heights with a total of 112 differential pairs. The innovative design of NovaRay combines extreme density and extreme performance, which is critical as system sizes decrease and speeds increase.
