It is packaged with a basic PRM-2 module with heat dissipation, which has strong heat dissipation ability and lower forward conduction voltage drop V_F, conduction loss, and switching loss. It can be widely used in various rectifier outputs, is suitable for low-voltage and high-current applications, and is the best choice for various switching power supplies and converters. In addition to finished devices, this specification is also available on bare wafers.
