The maximum working junction temperature can reach +175°C, with lower forward conduction voltage drop VF, lower conduction loss, and switching loss. It can be widely used in various rectifier outputs and is suitable for low-voltage and high-current applications. It is an excellent choice for various types of switching power supplies, converters, and welding machine power supplies. In addition to finished devices, this specification is also available on bare wafers.
