The STMicroelectronics STPMIC1L fully integrated power‑management IC is tailored for STM32MP1x MPU applications that demand low power consumption and high efficiency. It incorporates advanced low‑power features that can be managed by a host processor through I²C and general I/O interfaces.

Its regulators are engineered to deliver power not only to the main application processor but also to external system components such as DDR and Flash memory devices. Additional peripherals and core circuitry are powered through configurable GPO pins.

The device includes two high‑performance buck SMPS regulators, optimized for fast transient response and precise output voltage across a wide range of operating conditions. An advanced PWM phase‑shift synchronization system, supported by an integrated PLL, helps minimize noise and reduce EMI.
