Designed specifically for the high-performance EMC demand for industrial applications, the HDC HKHDW3/1/1-23/16/47 combines power and signal in one small H10B hood with EMC shielding. The connector has a high density and can contain 47 positions of signal (2.2 A, 32 V), 16 positions of power (3.7 A, 300 V), and 23 positions of power (11 A, 400 V). The dynamic contact makes it possible to reduce cable assembly costs by using semi-automatic or fully-automatic crimping of dynamic contacts. Building on TE’s proven dynamic contact technology, the HDC HK insert delivers performance comparable to traditional HDC connectors.
