EMI Shielding-Oriented Wire
TE Connectivity's wire has a self-adhesive backing for easy assembly
TE Connectivity's electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding-oriented wire is a flat gasket material comprised of a solid silicone rubber or sponge embedded with vertically-oriented Monel or aluminum wires up to 140/cm². It provides excellent shielding with electromagnetic pulse (EMP) survivability and will also provide an environmental seal.
Materials
- Solid silicone, soft solid silicone, sponge silicone, and solid fluorosilicone variants along with different wire counts in Monel or aluminum are available, allowing this product to be used in a wide range of applications to match galvanic compatibility and contaminate fluid resistance
- Color: gray
- Marking: no marking
- Material resistance: fluid resistant (fluorosilicone version)
