Amphenol ICC UFS Memory Card Connectors | DigiKey Daily

Amphenol’s UFS memory card connectors are the first card sockets that support both Universal Flash Storage and micro-SD cards. The connectors support up to 6 Gbps transfer rates on the emerging UFS standard, but maintain backward compatibility with the micro-SD standard, allowing users to seamlessly transition to UFS while using their existing micro-SD cards. To achieve this, the connectors feature a total of 19 pins, with multiple contact finishes available. The connectors are designed for mobile phones, tablets, VR and AR cameras, and UAVs with robust mating to ensure a reliable connection between card and device and durability up to 10,000 mating cycles.
