Image of Amphenol FCI HVLock® High Voltage PlatformThe HVLock high-voltage platform from Amphenol FCI is a wire-to-board connector of specific design, which will optimize the performance and size to fit the application needs of the OEM in 4.50 mm pitch with a nominal current carrying capacity of 3 A.

The battery management system (BMS) continuously monitors the charge and discharge activity of the battery pack, along with the individual cell voltages. This data is essential for identifying depleted batteries, maintaining passive cell balancing, and managing high-voltage functions such as voltage detection, insulation monitoring, relay adhesion detection, and precharging during high-voltage power-on.
