MachXO5™-NX Family of Low-Power, Non-Volatile FPGAs

MachXO5™-NX family of FPGAs are built on the Lattice Nexus FPGA platform, using low-power 28 nm FD-SOI technology. It combines the extreme flexibility of an FPGA with the low power and high reliability (due to extremely low SER) of FD-SOI technology. It offers a high number of 3.3 V I/Os and instant-on device boot from internal Flash memory. MachXO5-NX supports a variety of interfaces, including MIPI D-PHY (CSI-2, DSI), LVDS, SLVS, subLVDS, DDR3, SGMII (Gigabit Ethernet), ADC, and others.

• Typical static power starts at <30 mW
• Instant-on configuration – I/O configure in 3 ms and whole device configures as fast as 15 ms
