DT31 External Add-On Smart Connector

SCHURTER’s intelligent standalone, plug-and-play smart connector with a smart ecosystem enables users to monitor and control devices

Image of SCHURTER's DT31 External Add-on Smart ConnectorSCHURTER’s DT31 external add-on smart connector with a standard IEC 60320-1 C14 inlet and cord connector is a standalone, plug-and-play device designed to transform conventional electronic devices into smart devices. The DT31 enables users to monitor and control various devices more effectively using a comprehensive cloud-based smart ecosystem.

The DT31 is simply inserted between any device and power source. Once Wi-Fi is enabled and using the SCHURTER Smart App, basic functions like switching on and off and power consumption monitoring are available. A basic software package is included with each DT31, with a range of upgrades available for additional fees. The DT31 can be accessed via the Smart Connector App, available on Android and Apple iOS. The SCHURTER Smart App, particularly Dashboard, makes remote monitoring and controlling connected devices easy.

By capturing and analyzing device utilization and usage behavior, bottlenecks can be identified, operating costs can be reduced, maintenance intervals can be optimized, and resource utilization can be improved.

SCHURTER DS11 power entry module is planned to follow the DT31. The DS11 is designed to integrate into equipment for extended capabilities of devices such as those used in fleets.
