Sensata Technologies SGX series high voltage DC contactors have a compact design with a square form factor for space-saving installations. They are available in 50 A, 150 A, and 250 A continuous current ratings with effective switching and long service life.

SGX series contactors are gas-filled to prevent oxidation and maintain low contact resistance. They have a hermetically sealed rating of +175°C and handle up to 1000 V_DC switching voltage for versatility.

The SGX series complies with IEC 606641-1 and RoHS standards, providing an outstanding balance of performance and cost efficiency.

Features

Hermetically seal rated to reduce risk of fire or meltdown in overcurrent conditions
Backfilled with gas (primarily hydrogen) to effectively inhibit oxidation, resulting in low and stable contact resistance
Insulation resistance: 1000 MΩ (1000 V_DC)

Dielectric strength between the coil and contacts reaches 4.0 kV
Continuous current carry 50 A/150 A/250 A at +85°C
Complies with IEC 60664-1 and RoHS standards
