Logic-Level 30 V to 60 V N-Channel MOSFETs
MCC's MOSFETs offer greater gate control and low on resistance in a compact DFN5060 package
MCC's 30 V MCAC1D1N03YL, 40 V MCAC1D4N04YL, and 60 V MCAC2D7N06YL logic-level N-channel MOSFETs can simplify designs and boost efficiency. These components offer unique benefits for driving the MOSFETs directly by the MCU through the I/O ports. Some logic-level MOSFETs with a threshold voltage of 1 V or less are too sensitive for certain applications, causing false triggers.
These logic-level MOSFETs are engineered with a slightly higher VGS(th) value range of 1.2 V and 2.3 V to help control sensitivity and ensure reliability. The devices feature advanced split-gate trench (SGT) technology for enhanced thermal performance and a low RDS(ON) value range of 1.1 mΩ to 2.7 mΩ to minimize losses. The DFN5060 high power density package ensures suitability for compact design needs. At the same time, the logic-level gate threshold voltage enables a direct drive from the MCU I/O ports, reducing the need for additional components.
